To empower these partners with the clarity, training, and confidence needed to recommend Clearcover to customers, the company partnered with BigMarker to deploy a centralized Agent Resource Center, a branded partner enablement platform featuring product education videos, FAQs, state-by-state coverage details, and customer testimonial videos.
Because Clearcover’s digital model allows them to offer rates up to 50% lower than traditional carriers, the resource hub became a strategic differentiator, helping agents quickly understand the company’s unique advantages and sell with confidence.
The challenge
Clearcover’s network of independent agents needed fast, accurate information to make informed recommendations. Clearcover also consolidated all reference materials, including quick reference guides, master guides, and policy documentation, into the hub, eliminating the need for ongoing manual distribution. Every element was presented within a clean, intuitive design system that mirrored Clearcover’s modern blue-and-white identity, making the resource center feel familiar and trustworthy. Agents could navigate the hub effortlessly, whether they were onboarding, brushing up on product knowledge, or preparing a quote for a specific market.
Results
The Clearcover Agent Resource Center quickly became a mission-critical component of Clearcover’s partner enablement strategy, helping the company launch 3 new markets and onboard over 1,200 new partners. By giving partners a single destination for everything they needed to understand, quote, and confidently sell Clearcover policies, the company strengthened the effectiveness and efficiency of its nationwide agent network. The combination of video FAQs, written guides, state-specific coverage details, and testimonial content created a more informed and capable agent ecosystem, reducing confusion and shortening the time required to get up to speed.
