Introducing Configuration Assistant
BigMarker's Configuration Assistant runs in the background, behind the scenes of your webinars and events. It automatically detects both issues with your event's configuration and recommendations and best practices to make your event more successful.
Create and edit your presenter notes directly in Studio
Add and manage speaker notes on the fly with this exciting update. Now, presenter notes can be edited or created from scratch in any live webinar room and displayed in Studio for presenters and admins to follow along.
Add a CAPTCHA to your registration process for extra layers of security and data accuracy
CAPTCHAs add an additional layer of security to your webinar or series registration process. These often simple tests help ensure that real humans are accessing your webinars and events, and not automated bots.
Waitlist is now available for webinars with custom pages
Now, webinars with custom landing and confirmation pages can use the Waitlist feature to collect overflow registrants and allow them to join a webinar if seats open up.
Add a new email token to display upcoming webinar times in an attendee's specific time zone
Previously, webinar emails were limited to displaying default landing page times, leaving it up to recipients to calculate the event time in their own timezone. Now, emails can be customized to display upcoming webinar dates and times in attendees' local timezones using a simple email token in place of the default text.
