How It Works
- Enable SMS Messaging – Navigate to your BigMarker Channel Settings and connect your Twilio account. Enter your Twilio Account SID, authentication token, and a valid Twilio phone number to activate SMS messaging.
- Collect Attendee Phone Numbers – Add a custom registration field within your webinar setup to gather attendee phone numbers. This ensures that registrants opt in to receive SMS notifications.
- Create & Schedule Messages – In the SMS Notifications section of your webinar dashboard, craft personalized messages using dynamic tokens to address attendees by name or include event-specific details. Choose whether to send messages immediately upon registration, as scheduled reminders before an event, or as real-time updates during the event itself.
- Manage & Optimize – Monitor delivery status and engagement metrics to refine your SMS strategy over time. Adjust messaging content, timing, and frequency to maximize impact and keep attendees engaged.
