How it Works

1. Activate SAML SSO in Your Channel
   Navigate to the new Channel SAML SSO Settings section in your channel settings and turn on SSO. 
2. Map BigMarker Fields to SAML Response Keys
   BigMarker provides default values for key fields like name and email address. However, you can customize them to match the format required by your SSO application for seamless integration.
3. Add Your SSO Metadata
   Upload the XML metadata file from your SSO application (either as a file or URL) to authenticate BigMarker as a valid site. This step ensures a secure handshake between your systems.
4. Choose Your Post-Login Destination
   Decide where users land after logging in: either the channel homepage or the personalized logged-in home dashboard.
