The Summary view gives you top-level registration and attendance metrics, broken down by geography, time range, and more, so you can spot performance trends at a glance. The Content tab surfaces your highest-performing webinars and on-demand sessions, helping you identify which topics, speakers, and formats resonate most. And in the Audience view, you’ll see detailed registrant profiles, including names, job titles, companies, and show-up rates, empowering you to personalize follow-ups and refine targeting strategies.

You can easily filter data by campaign, persona, or UTM, then export or share your dashboards instantly, without needing logins or custom code.

How to Use Channel Analytics

Accessing your analytics is simple. From your Home Dashboard, select your Channel, then click View Analytics in the top right. From there, you’ll see the Summary, Content, and Audience tabs at the top of the page. To dig deeper:

  • Use the date range selector to narrow in on specific time periods.
  • Customize your Audience table by choosing which columns to show and filtering by any field (like industry, buyer stage, or region).
  • Click +Add Report to create a custom dashboard. Choose to break down by webinar tag, registration field, or specific campaigns like UTMs.
  • To share your insights, either download the data or copy a public link to send to stakeholders, no login required.

Your analytics are always up to date and ready to use, with flexible views that adapt to your evolving strategy.
