These LTD Terms & Conditions (“LTD Terms”) form as part of the Master Subscription Agreement (the “MSA) last updated on August 15, 2021 (available at https://get.bigmarker.com/legal/msa)(the “MSA”), which is incorporated by reference.
THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (OR “MSA”) GOVERNS CUSTOMER’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE BIGMARKER OFFERINGS. IN ADDITION TO AGREEING TO THE MSA, BY PURCHASING AN LTD FANS LIFETIME DEAL ("LTD") PACKAGE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Eligibility. To be eligible to purchase a Lifetime Deal, you must be a company or organization with no more than 10 employees or $1 million in annual revenue. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, BigMarker reserves the right to terminate your plan and close your account.
2. LTD Plan Features. The LTD will include the features provided in BigMarker’s Elite Plan, as published on the pricing page at https://www.bigmarker.com/pricing, provided however that you may choose an LTD package that includes up to 1,000 attendees and 3 host licenses.
3. Term & Termination. The term of the LTD is the purchaser’s lifetime. The purchaser may not transfer the LTD package to another person without BigMarker’s written permission.
4. Refund Policy. If you buy the deal but change your mind within 30 days of your purchase, you can get a full refund by emailing ltd-support@bigmarker.com.
