CHICAGO - December 15, 2022 - For the fifth consecutive quarter, BigMarker announced that it has achieved #1 in customer satisfaction in the G2 Report for Webinar Software.

These rankings are based on validated customer satisfaction and usability scores from customers on G2: 95% of users said they were likely to recommend BigMarkers webinar solution and 95% of users said that the product is going in the right direction, compared to category benchmarks of 88% and 85%, respectively.
BigMarker was also recognized for having one of the webinar category’s highest ROI, with customers reaching their break-even point in 8 months, nearly twice as quickly as the industry average of 13 months. The company achieved an NPS rating of 87, compared to an industry average of 62.
BigMarker was also named a Leader in the Virtual Event Platform category, ranking among the top 10 providers in customer satisfaction. The company also achieved an NPS score of 88, compared to the category above of 78, with 95% of customers saying they would recommend it to a colleague and 92% saying it was easy to use.
The company attained Leader rankings in the Mobile Event App category and Event Networking and Matchmaking categories, with 94% and 99% of reviewers saying they would recommend the solutions, respectively.
BigMarker was also recognized as a standout performer in the Event Marketing category — the company has an NPS score of 98 compared to an average of 72. 98% of reviewers also said they would recommend BigMarker to a colleague, relative to an industry average of 91%.
BigMarker has received acclaim for its marketing and lead generation tools. 99% of reviewers say they would recommend BigMarker’s lead retrieval solution and 100% say the product is going in the right direction, compared to industry averages of 91% and 91%. BigMarker also has an NPS rating of 100 in this category, well above the industry average of 69. BigMarker was also named as a High Performer in the Event Marketing category.
