BigMarker earned its status as Leader in the Webinar Software category, the highest possible, thanks to its superior customer satisfaction and usability scores, both of which are based on customer reviews on G2. 94% of users said they were likely to recommend BigMarker and 97% of users said that the product is going in the right direction, compared to industry averages of 85% and 84%, respectively.
BigMarker was also recognized for having the category’s highest ROI, with customers reaching their break-even point in 6 months, less than half the industry average of 13 months. The company also has an NPS rating of 80, compared to an industry average of 52.
The company also attained superior ratings in the Video Conferencing and Virtual Events categories. 94% of BigMarker reviewers said they were satisfied with its video conferencing capabilities and 97% said it was going in the right direction, both well above the category averages of 86% and 85%.
BigMarker ranked among the leaders in the Virtual Events categories, ranking among the top 10 providers in customer satisfaction. The company also achieved an NPS score of 86, compared to the category above of 80.
