This month, we’ve shipped several new features designed to help you and your attendees enjoy immersive and connected events on our platform—and to help you grow your your business with us. Read on to learn more about our newest updates:
At a virtual event, there’s no time to waste on unrelated small talk with Bob from a totally unrelated field.
That’s why we’ve rolled out AI-Powered networking for virtual events.
Using background and interests submitted during registration, our smart AI-powered matchmaking service introduces you only to your highest-impact contacts. So you can stop sifting through the crowd—and connect with the people that matter most.
Below are some of the networking features you can look forward to on BigMarker:
AI-Powered Matchmaking: Think of it as Business Tinder, but better. While registering for the event, guests submit their industry, job function and other information about their background and interests. Using that data, our algorithm provides personalized networking recommendations to each attendee.
In a Tinder-style interface, attendees “swipe” yes or no on each contact, then chat or or schedule a video call with their matches. Simple as that.
Speed Networking: Who says you have to sacrifice quality for convenience? In this dedicated networking session, like-minded attendees are paired together for short networking conversations, then switch to their next partner. Matches are based on AI recommendations, so attendees can make the most of each meeting.
Network Builder: Throughout an event, attendees will receive additional contact recommendations based on their profile information. Similar to LinkedIn, they can send a connection request to prospective contacts, then schedule a chat or video call if it’s accepted. Each connection’s profile includes links to their social media, email and/or calendar, making it easy to translate online interactions into offline relationships.
Bizzabo: With our two-way Bizzabo integration, import registrants obtained on Bizzabo to your BigMarker event, then export your BigMarker attendee data to your Bizzabo account.
Cvent: BigMarker now integrates with Cvent. This one-way integration enables hosts to upload registrants obtained from Cvent to their BigMarker events.
Extended session length: Premier and Enterprise plan holders on BigMarker can now host webinar rooms up to 12 hours long. The maximum programming time has not changed for elite and off-the-shelf plan holders.
We’ve Optimized Our Reporting Capabilities: Download post-event reports more quickly and include custom registration fields in every tab with our newly upgraded analytics suite.
Hosts Can Now Make Polls Mandatory or Optional: Hold your audience’s attention and improve engagement with pop-up polls, now mandatory or optional for audiences to complete. (Note: Polls are optional by default.)
