BigMarker Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction For 3rd Consecutive Quarter


BigMarker has repeated its Leader ranking in the G2 Summer 2022 Report for the Webinar, Virtual Event Platform and Video Conferencing categories. BigMarker has expanded into and achieved Leader or High Performer rankings — and 113 badges overall — in the following categories based on validated customer reviews: Mobile Event Apps, Event Management Platforms, Event Registration and Ticketing, Event Networking and Matchmaking, Event Marketing, Lead Retrieval, Live Stream and Live Stream Broadcasting. 

CHICAGO - June 22, 2022 - For the third consecutive quarter, BigMarker announced that it has achieved #1 in customer satisfaction in the G2 Report for Webinar Software.

These rankings are based on validated customer satisfaction and usability scores from customers on G2: 94% of users said they were likely to recommend BigMarkers webinar solution and 96% of users said that the product is going in the right direction, compared to category benchmarks of 86% and 85%, respectively.

BigMarker was also recognized for having the webinar category’s highest ROI, with customers reaching their break-even point in 7 months, twice as quickly as the industry average of 13 months. The company achieved an NPS rating of 80, compared to an industry average of 52. 

BigMarker Sees Virtual Event Platform Success 

BigMarker was also named a Leader in the Virtual Event Platform category, ranking among the top 10 providers in customer satisfaction. The company also achieved an NPS score of 89, compared to the category above of 79, with 95% of customers saying they would recommend it to a colleague and 92% saying it was easy to use. 

The company also attained Leader rankings in the Mobile Event App category and Event Networking and Matchmaking categories, with 93% and 99% of reviewers saying they would recommend the solutions, respectively. 

BigMarker was also recognized as a standout performer in the Event Marketing category — the company has an NPS score of 97 compared to an average of 72. 99% of reviewers also said they would recommend BigMarker to a colleague, relative to an industry average of 91%. 

BigMarker Recognized For Marketing Capabilities 

BigMarker has received acclaim for its marketing and lead generation tools. 99% of reviewers say they would recommend BigMarker’s lead retrieval solution and 100% say the product is going in the right direction, compared to industry averages of 91% and 93%. BigMarker also has an NPS rating of 100 in this category, well above the industry average of 69. BigMarker was also named as a High Performer in the Event Marketing category.
